Lynn is a Charity Database Specialist providing implementation, development, strategic support, and certified training in processes and Gift Aid. An experienced senior level fundraiser with expert knowledge of major events, donor development and systems management, she has over 20 years of fundraising experience working for charities such as Ronald McDonald House Glasgow, Scottish Autism, Poppyscotland, Royal Blind and The Homeless World Cup.
Lynn is one of the few accredited Blackbaud training consultants for Raiser’s Edge and eTapestry in the UK, and over the last six years she has worked with over 40 charities.

Database Administration – Finance – Supporter Care
Having qualified with an MA(Hons) degree in English Language, Pam spent several years teaching English overseas in the Arabian Gulf and Asia, working with both private and non-profit organisations. Upon returning to the UK, Pam took on consulting and management roles for a global travel company before moving into a fundraising and administration position at Ronald McDonald House Glasgow.
Now working alongside Lynn to provide bespoke services to charities, Pam supports fundraising and finance departments across several organisations.
